來自瑞士的精品巧克力 Läderach，正式以旗艦店規模落腳台北101。
最令人著迷的，莫過於一板板鋪展於櫃的 FrischSchoggi 手工巧克力。從瑞士直送來台，現切秤重販售，購買前還能試吃三種口味，慢慢尋找屬於自己的偏愛。
我特別喜歡極黑三種堅果，濃郁可可香氣與堅果油脂交織出豐富層次。口味偏甜的杜拜巧克力也同步登場。
無論是送禮收藏，或留給自己一份日常儀式感，都很值得走進店裡細細品味。

My personal pick is the Nut Trio — rich cocoa notes layered with smooth, nutty richness create incredible depth. If you prefer something sweeter, their Dubai chocolate is also now available.
